Találkozott már a cégében olyan emberekkel akik folyton arról beszéltek, hogy mennyi dolguk van, közben elég gyakori vendégei a cigaretta és kávészüneteknek?
Ráadásul ritkán tudnak 1 óra alatt megebédelni?
Ráadásul éppen akkor beszél 1 órát arról, hogy milyen elfoglalt, amikor valami sürgős dolga van?
Nem akarjuk ezzel a dohányzó és/vagy kávézókat diszkriminálni, hiszen aki cigarettafüggő még lehet kiváló munkaerő!
Tapasztalataim szerint a jó munkaerő dolgozik, a nem jó pedig lépten-nyomon reklámozza, hogy mennyit dolgozik. Nálam aki ezzel kezd, arra azonnal felfigyelek, mert gyanús. Annál gyanúsabb, minél jobban el akarja hitetni velem:- hogy ő személy szerint mennyit dolgozik,
- hogy az ő munkája mennyire fontos,
- hogy neki mennyire nehéz problémákat kell megoldania,
- hogy mennyire őszinte és egyenes,
- hogy ő mennyit segít a kollégáinak,
- és a többi… még hallgatni is fárasztó.

A régebbi ismeretségünk miatt tegezlek, ám amúgy én is helyeslem a magázódást! Végre valakik nem bizalmaskodó, lekicsinylő, modoros stílusban szeretne érdeklődőket szerezni, és nem csak fiatalokat! Amikor egy újabb mobiltelefont vezsek, örülök, ha legalább a közponos nem tegez le. Az emberek beszivárgó degradálásának jelei az, hogy nem adják meg a tiszteletet egymásnak. Más: annak is örülök, hogy így kis adagokban legalább írásban – mert eddig erről még olvasni sem szoktam- legalább másodkézből, mások tapasztalata alapján tanulgathatom az életnek ezt a területét. Biztos jó lesz még valamire, nagyobb emberismeretre, és a vezetők nézőpontjainak a jobb megismeréére biztosan, mert arra mindenkinek szüksége van. Üdv.

Én személy szerint meglepődtem a magázódáson. Szerintem ahogy más nyelvekben is, ahol nincs magázódás, megoldható az, hogy tegezve tisztelettel beszéljek és az is, hogy magázva tiszteletlenül. Ezért ez túl sokat nem változtat számomra. Sőt néhány helyzetben csak a fejtörést okozza, hogy most melyiket használjam. pl. Már összetegeződtünk, de nem emlékszem rá. Ez ugyancsak felfogható tiszteletlenségnek. Azzal viszont egyetértek, hogy sokszor tiszteletlenül beszélnek egymással az emberek ahogy az az előbbi példában volt a vásárlás esetén.
Egyébként élvezem az anyagokat.
